Hey you out going folks need a few pointers on gymnastics ,well you came to the right web-page!
So lets start with the basics.Always point your toes and keep your body straight. Oh very important make sure you always stretch first!!
Ok moving on, so one thing that helps out on boosting up your levels always do what your teacher says. You'll level up faster.
Harder Level
Ok so if your in a higher level such as competitive or your into the fliping and handspring levels this is for you.so when you do flips such as a backflip tuck in so your hands are by your knees.
Beam people always get to know your surroundings walk the beam first.
